demo
Three sources that break most scrapers: a Squarespace site, a PDF-only smokehouse, and a chain sharing one menu across 21 locations.
Yes. All three are recorded extractions from the production pipeline, replayed unedited. They are labeled as recordings because they are recordings.
The demo proves capability; it does not hand over data. There is no copy button and no export — full menus are delivered through the API.
Live runs are enabled with an API key. Email juan@culinayr.com and we will turn one on.
Verification is measured per item against the source document. 98% means 98% of extracted items were found again in the source — we report the number rather than rounding it away.
The PDF text layer is extracted and the parsed items are verified back against it. If there is no text layer, the record is graded scanned or unavailable rather than guessed.
When a brand serves one menu across locations, verifying the brand domain propagates the verified menu to every location that shares it, each keyed to its own Place ID.
